My Story

From a small chawl to helping thousands of families

Bhumikka grew up in a small chawl in Mumbai with her parents and siblings. At just 17 years old, she started her first job as an assistant, earning ₹2,500 a month. Nothing about that first job hinted at what was to come.

"Your background doesn't define your future. Your effort does." — Bhumikka Pithadiyaa

On her 18th birthday, she decided to become a full-time insurance advisor. She built her career on two simple things — honesty with her clients, and hard work, year after year. That ₹2,500 salary has now grown into a practice that manages over ₹100 Crores for her clients. Today she is one of India's most trusted female insurance advisors — but she still replies to her clients' messages herself.

7 important rules to check guaranteed pension

These aren't sales lines — this is what I actually check for before I recommend any plan, even to my own family.

1. It should be Fixed Amount

The amount you'll get should be fixed and decided from day one — not "up to" or "expected".

2. It should come on Fixed Date

Your money should reach your bank account on the same fixed date, every single time.

3. It can not be given or taken away

Once set, no one — not the company, not the market — can reduce or take away your fixed payment.

4. It does not depreciate

Your money's value should stay protected — it should never depreciate over time.

5. Not affected by natural calamities

Your guaranteed pension should stay safe even during floods, disasters, or any natural calamity.

6. No need to spend time, money & efforts

Once it's set up, you shouldn't have to keep tracking it, chasing it, or spending on it.

7. It should be Tax Free

Every rupee you receive should be completely free of tax, by law.

What My Clients Say

Real feedback from real clients

These are honest words from families and business owners I've worked with — shared with their permission.

★★★★★

I had put off buying insurance for years — every agent just wanted to sell me something. Bhumikka was the first person who sat down, mapped out exactly what my family needed, and explained it in plain language. Two years on, I still send every friend who asks straight to her.

Vikram Rao
Business Owner, Borivali
★★★★★

What impressed me most was how fast she moved the one time I actually needed to file a claim — not just when she was selling something new. That kind of support is rare, which is exactly why I've since moved my parents' policies to her too.

Neha Joshi
Software Engineer, Thane
★★★★★

I was skeptical of the "guaranteed pension" pitch until she walked me through the actual numbers — fixed date, fixed amount, zero hidden fees. Three years in, it has worked exactly as promised, rupee for rupee. No surprises, which is all I ever wanted.

Common Questions

Questions people often ask me

Q1Why do insurance claims get rejected, and how can we avoid that?

Claims usually get rejected for a few common reasons: not sharing your full medical history, a policy that has lapsed, filing the claim too late, not understanding what's excluded, or missing paperwork. I check older policies carefully so these problems don't come up later.

Q2What makes an MDRT/COT advisor different from a regular agent?

MDRT and COT are top achievement titles given to only a small number of advisors in the country. It means full honesty about fees, real support when you need to file a claim, a plan built around your needs — not just a product to sell — and proper tools to plan your finances.

Q3Why are insurance prices going up in India right now?

Insurance costs are rising worldwide, and this is pushing up property, vehicle, and health insurance prices in India by 8–15%. If you buy your plan now, you can lock in today's lower price before the next increase.

Q4Is my company's health insurance enough on its own?

Not really. Company health plans are fixed, can't be customised to your needs, and stop the moment you leave or lose your job. A personal health policy of your own makes sure your cover continues no matter what.

Q5Which insurance plan is right for which stage of life?

Term insurance protects your family if something happens to you. Health insurance covers medical costs. For your child's education or wedding, there are savings plans built just for that. For retirement, there's a pension plan. And for growing your money over time, there are investment funds. Each goal has its own best tool.

Q6Is ₹31,000 (the average health claim in India) enough today?

No, it usually isn't. The average health insurance claim in India is only around ₹31,000 — which shows that most families don't have enough cover for today's real hospital costs.

Q7Do accident or travel policies cover events like terrorism?

Yes, most home, vehicle, accident, health, and travel insurance plans usually cover this. I still recommend double-checking the fine print on older policies, since the terms can change over time.

Q8What does it cost me if I delay buying insurance?

The longer you wait, the more it costs you. Prices go up as you get older, and it can become harder to qualify if your health changes. Starting a plan today locks in a lower price for good.

Q9What is India's goal for insurance coverage?

India's insurance regulator (IRDAI) has a goal called "Insuring India by 2047" — the aim is for every Indian family to have proper financial protection.
